What You'll Do
- Provide expert lactation assessment, planning, and treatment in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Consult with patients and formulate interdisciplinary care plans for advanced lactation needs
- Communicate effectively with care teams about patient goals and progress
- Support breastfeeding and lactation education initiatives
- Document care activities clearly and accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and improve patient outcomes
What You Need
Required:- Massachusetts RN license (must be active and uploaded)
- Experience in lactation consulting or related roles
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:- Previous experience in hospital or clinical lactation programs
- Certification in Lactation Consulting (e.g., IBCLC)
