What You’ll Do

• Provide direct patient care in a Med Surg unit with 20-34 beds
• Monitor, assess, and document patient health statuses
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and care procedures
• Follow hospital protocols, safety procedures, and documentation standards
• Support patient comfort and safety throughout their stay

What You Need
Required:

• Valid Massachusetts RN license
• Experience working in a Med Surg setting
• Ability to work days and comply with facility schedule needs

Preferred:

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptability to shift and unit needs
