What Youll Do:- Provide high-quality patient care on the medical-surgical unit
- Monitor patient conditions and administer medications
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient interactions and treatment progress accurately
- Adhere to hospital policies, dress code, and safety protocols
- Maintain a compassionate, patient-centered approach
- Support unit operations during assigned shifts, including handling emergencies as needed
What You Need:- Valid Massachusetts RN license
- At least 2 years of Med Surg nursing experience
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Availability for scheduled interview times (specific dates/times required)
About the Assignment:This assignment is with a leading healthcare provider in Pittsfield, MA. The unit ranges from 20 to 34 beds, with a typical patient ratio of 1:6.
