What Youll Do:
Provide direct nursing care based on physician-approved plans of care
Administer medications, treatments, and educate patients
Respond to patient alarms and assist with transfers
Assess patient needs regularly and update care plans as needed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to establish goals and improve patient outcomes
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
Build rapport with patients and support staff in delivering high-quality care
What You Need:
Required:
Valid RN license in Michigan
Prior Med Surg nursing experience
Strong assessment and communication skills
Ability to work nights and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
Experience working in a hospital setting
Strong team collaboration skills
