What Youll Do
Provide direct nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a hospital setting
Coordinate patient care plans alongside interdisciplinary teams
Assist with patient assessments and clinical procedures
Educate patients and families on care management and discharge instructions
Document patient information accurately in electronic medical records (Epic preferred)
Maintain standards for professional nursing practice and safety
What You Need
Valid New Hampshire RN license
BLS certification
Minimum 1 year of recent Med Surg experience
Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
