What Youll Do
Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Provide direct nursing care and evaluate patient outcomes
Use appropriate technology and follow safety standards to ensure infection prevention
Educate patients and their families, documenting care accordingly
Report and document actual or potential safety or clinical incidents
Engage in unit-based performance improvement initiatives
Follow organizational policies, ethical standards, and legal nursing practice in Michigan
What You Need
Required:
Valid Michigan RN license
BLS certification
At least 1 year of Med Surg nursing experience
Preferred:
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
