What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct patient care to medical-surgical patients, assessing care needs and performing skilled nursing services
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient responses
• Respond promptly to alarms and call lights to ensure patient safety and comfort
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to update and revise care plans based on patient progress
• Follow physician orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Document patient care activities thoroughly and correctly in accordance with hospital policies

What You Need:

• Valid RN license in Michigan
• BLS certification
• 1-2 years of med-surg experience preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work night shifts effectively
