What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct patient care to telemetry and general med-surg patients during night shifts
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor patient conditions and escalate concerns promptly
• Supervise and collaborate with CNA/SNA or other healthcare team members
• Maintain professional nursing standards and documentation
• Assist with patient assessments, medication administration, and treatment procedures

What You Need:

• Valid Illinois RN license
• BLS certification; ACLS preferred
• Minimum 1 year of med-surg nursing experience
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
