What Youll Do
Provide high-quality nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients in a 20-34 bed unit
Maintain patient comfort, safety, and well-being with a typical patient ratio of 1:6
Follow facility protocols and communicate effectively with healthcare team members
Document patient information accurately in Meditech Expanse EMR system
Adhere to dress code of personal scrubs (any color)
Support unit operations during your scheduled shift and participate in orientation and unit meetings
What You Need
Valid RN license in Massachusetts (including Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License)
Minimum of 2 years recent Med Surg experience
Key skills: patient care, documentation, communication, teamwork
Certifications: BLS required; ACLS and CPI may be preferred
Ability to work night shifts and participate in scheduled holiday coverage
