What Youll Do

Provide direct patient care in a Medical-Surgical unit with patient ratios of approximately 1:6
Monitor, assess, and update patient conditions
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Document patient information accurately in electronic health records
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure quality care
Follow facility policies and safety protocols
Assist with patient education and discharge planning

What You Need

Valid RN license in Massachusetts
At least 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience
BLS certification (additional certifications a plus)
Strong clinical assessment skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
