What Youll Do
Provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients on a Med Surg unit overnight
Monitor patient vital signs and respond to patient needs promptly
Administer medications and treatments accurately
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
Document patient information thoroughly in electronic medical records
Uphold infection control and safety protocols at all times
Assist in patient admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed
What You Need
Required:
Valid RN license in New Hampshire
BLS certification
Previous Med Surg nursing experience (preferably night shifts)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:
Experience working with diverse patient populations
Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
