What You’ll Do

• Monitor and care for patients in a Med Surg/Telemetry setting
• Administer medications and treatments accurately
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans
• Record and report patient status and progress
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
• Provide compassionate and patient-centered care during night shifts
• Adapt to unit needs and assist with various patient care duties as required

What You Need
Required:

• Valid RN license in Massachusetts
• At least 1 year of experience in Med Surg or Telemetry
• Strong patient communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to schedule

Preferred:

• Experience working in hospital settings with 20-34 beds
• Knowledge of telemetry monitoring and patient assessment
