What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in the Medical Surgical ICU (MSICU)
• Manage complex internal medicine conditions such as sepsis, organ dysfunction, and respiratory failure
• Utilize advanced medical equipment like ventilators and continuous drug infusions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute patient care plans
• Document patient progress accurately in the EMR system (Epic)
• Comply with all hospital protocols and safety standards
• Support hospital initiatives during scheduled holiday periods as needed

What You Need

• Valid NH RN license (required)
• Minimum of 1-2 years ICU experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
