What You’ll Do

• Provide specialized nursing care to neonates in a Level 1B NICU setting
• Monitor cardiopulmonary function, oxygen therapy, and IV infusions
• Support late preterm and neonates with health issues using the latest technology
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document care per hospital and regulatory standards
• Follow hospital protocols for infection control and safety

What You Need

• Valid Massachusetts RN license
• Certification in BLS, NRP (preferred)
• At least [X] years of NICU nursing experience (preferred)
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal care and patient monitoring
• Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team
