What Youll Do
Provide specialized nursing care to neonates in a Level 1B NICU setting
Monitor cardiopulmonary function, oxygen therapy, and IV infusions
Support late preterm and neonates with health issues using the latest technology
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Document care per hospital and regulatory standards
Follow hospital protocols for infection control and safety
What You Need
Valid Massachusetts RN license
Certification in BLS, NRP (preferred)
At least [X] years of NICU nursing experience (preferred)
Strong clinical skills in neonatal care and patient monitoring
Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team
