What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct patient care within OB/GYN units ensuring safety and comfort
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on age-specific criteria
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans
• Assist in training and supervising non-RN staff such as LPNs and PCTs
• Document patient information accurately and maintain compliance with hospital policies
• Support patient education and discharge planning efforts
• Ensure adherence to all infection control, safety, and health regulations

What You Need:
Required:

• Ohio RN licensure
• Experience in OB/GYN or women’s health nursing preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
