What Youll Do
Provide comprehensive nursing care to OB/GYN patients
Assess, plan, and implement patient care based on age-appropriate criteria
Monitor patient conditions and provide updates to healthcare teams
Assist in planning, directing, and teaching non-RN staff such as LPN/PCT and secretaries
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards

Support the units overall workflow and efficiency
What You Need
Valid Ohio RN license
Minimum of 1 year of OB/GYN nursing experience preferred
Strong clinical skills in maternity and women's health
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
