Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $57.62/hour

What You’ll Do

• Provide direct patient care to women in OB/GYN units, including assessments, planning, and evaluations
• Assist in management of patients’ reproductive health, prenatal and postpartum care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Support and educate patients and families during hospital stays
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and privacy regulations
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records

What You Need

• Active Ohio RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of OB/GYN or similar nursing experience
• BLS certification (additional certifications may be preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment skills and compassionate patient care focus
• Ability to adapt to flexible schedules and changing needs
