What You'll Do:

• Assess patient needs before and during surgical procedures, ensuring safety and quality care
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for surgical patients
• Supervise OR staff activities, coordinate equipment and supplies, and assist anesthesia as needed
• Monitor sterile environment and communicate effectively with team members, patients, and families
• Assist with operational adjustments to maintain efficiency and safety
• Participate in staff development activities, including ongoing education and training

What You Need:

• Valid RN license in Michigan
• Minimum of 2 years' recent OR nursing experience
• Strong patient assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of sterile procedures and surgical protocols
