What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality perioperative nursing care in the operating room setting
• Assist in preoperative patient preparation, ensuring safety protocols are followed
• Support surgical teams during procedures, maintaining sterile field practices
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergencies promptly
• Document intraoperative activities and patient responses
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other OR staff
• Educate patients on post-operative instructions and recovery processes

What You Need
Required:

• Valid Massachusetts RN license
• BLS healthcare provider certification
• Prior OR nursing experience
• Ability to work five 8-hour shifts per week

Preferred:

• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to follow strict clinical protocols
