New Year Eve through New Year Day and weekend after

Requirement description :

• Scrub experience [required]
• Circulate experience [required]
• CNOR [preferred]
  
• Meditech Expanse experience [highly preferred]
• Perm address must be included with profile
• Traveler must have their own vehicle for this assignment
• Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer/at interview. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer

• Skills Checklist Operating Room Circulate (pertinent to position), current to 1 year [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]

• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment) [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
• Massachusetts RN license - Must be uploaded with profile [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
• Active American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
• Active American Heart Association or American Red Cross ACLS - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
