Required Skills:
Valid RN license in Michigan
Proven experience in circulating OR procedures
Strong knowledge of surgical protocols and infection control practices
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work effectively during night shifts in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have Skills:
Certified perioperative nurse (CNOR) credential
Prior experience in a similar hospital or surgical center setting
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Minimum of 2 years experience as a circulating nurse in the OR
Other Requirements:
Must hold all required medical and professional certifications
Ability to work night shifts as scheduled
Willingness to comply with hospital policies and safety protocols
