Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Registered Nurse (RN) experience (Required)

• Pre-Operative and Post-Operative nursing experience (Required)

• Phase II Recovery experience (Required)

• PACU experience (Required)

• Epic EMR experience (Preferred)

• Active Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) License

• Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Certification

• Active American Heart Association (AHA) ACLS Certification

Required Submission Documents

• Updated Resume/Work History

• Ambulatory/PACU Skills Checklist (completed within the past year)

• Two recent Supervisory References

• Active Michigan RN License verification

• Copies of current BLS and ACLS certifications
