What Youll Do
- Provide patient care in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), including Perioperative, Endoscopy, and Recovery services.
- Monitor patient vital signs and recovery progress post-surgery or procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Ensure patient comfort, safety, and adherence to hospital policies.
- Document patient observations and care activities accurately.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergent situations.
What You Need
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Vermont.
- Proven experience in perioperative, endoscopy, or recovery units with high proficiency in each specialty.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
