What You’ll Do

• Provide holistic, patient-centered care to individuals recovering from anesthesia in the PACU setting
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and recovery progress, intervening as necessary
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and revise individualized care plans
• Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly
• Assess patient needs and administer medications and treatments within scope of practice
• Support families by providing clear, compassionate communication about patient status
• Ensure safety standards are maintained throughout patient care

What You Need
Required:

• Valid RN license in Minnesota
• Clinical experience in post-anesthesia or critical care nursing preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills

Preferred:

• Experience working within a hospital PACU environment
• Ability to adapt to rotating shifts and fast-paced settings
