What Youll Do:
Provide holistic, patient-centered care to individuals in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit
Assess patient condition post-surgery and monitor vital signs
Develop and revise individualized care plans based on patient assessments
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient recovery
Delegate appropriate responsibilities to care team members
Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Educate patients and families on post-operative care instructions
What You Need:
Required:
Current Minnesota RN license
Prior PACU, recovery, or perioperative nursing experience
Preferred:
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt quickly to changing clinical situations
Commitment to providing compassionate patient care
