What You’ll Do

• Provide holistic patient care in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit
• Monitor and assess patient recovery post-surgery
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Administer medications and manage patient pain and vital signs
• Document patient progress and update care plans accordingly
• Educate patients and families about recovery processes
• Ensure compliance with hospital standards and safety protocols

What You Need
Required:

• Valid RN license in Minnesota
• Prior PACU, ICU, or critical care nursing experience
• Strong assessment and communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience with adult and geriatric populations
• Ability to adapt to varied shifts and fast-paced environments
