What You’ll Do:

• Develop, coordinate, and deliver care to post-operative patients in a hospital setting
• Maintain high standards of professional nursing practice
• Supervise CNA/SNA or other healthcare workers as assigned
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly
• Administer medications and treatments accurately
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Document patient care in accordance with hospital protocols

What You Need:

• Illinois RN license in good standing
• BLS certification (additional certifications preferred)
• Prior experience in post-op, telemetry, or similar units (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
