• Experience: 1+ year of recent Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or similar acute care experience

What You’ll Do:

• Provide compassionate nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit
• Monitor patient vital signs and assess patient status continuously
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans
• Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and post-discharge care
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and best practices in patient safety

What You Need:

• Valid Ohio RN license or eligibility to practice
• Minimum 1 year of recent PCU or critical care nursing experience
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
