Pay & Benefits

What You’ll Do

• Provide direct patient care on a progressive care unit for adult patients
• Assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient responses and modify care accordingly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families about care plans and health management
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care

What You Need
Required:

• Ohio RN license
• BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• At least 2 years of recent RN experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a PCU or similar unit

Preferred:

• Experience working in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to work independently
