What Youll Do
Apply the nursing process to provide patient-centered care in the PCU
Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions accurately
Educate patients and their families about care plans and treatments
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate effective patient care
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Respond to patient needs promptly and effectively
Maintain compliance with hospital policies and procedures
What You Need
Valid Oregon RN license
BLS certification (required); ACLS preferred
1+ years of acute care or PCU experience
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Compassionate and professional communication skills
