What You’ll Do

• Apply the nursing process to provide patient-centered care in the PCU
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions accurately
• Educate patients and their families about care plans and treatments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate effective patient care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Respond to patient needs promptly and effectively
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and procedures

What You Need

• Valid Oregon RN license
• BLS certification (required); ACLS preferred
• 1+ years of acute care or PCU experience
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Compassionate and professional communication skills
