What Youll Do
Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and treatments in accordance with physician orders
Monitor patient symptoms and response to interventions, adjusting care plans as needed
Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and update care plans
Educate patients and families about treatments and health management
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and standards of practice
Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for patients and staff
What You Need
Valid RN license in Michigan or the ability to obtain one
BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
Minimum 1 year of recent nursing experience in a high-acuity setting such as PCU or ICU
Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
