What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process in the Progressive Care Unit.
• Conduct ongoing assessments, monitor vital signs, and respond to patient needs.
• Administer medications, treatments, and educate patients and families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Delegate and oversee support staff ensuring high standards of care.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Follow all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

What You Need

• Valid RN license for the state of Michigan.
• 1-2 years of recent experience in a hospital setting, preferably in cardiac or ICU units.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• BLS Certification (American Heart Association preferred).
