What You’ll Do:

• Provide adult psychiatric care on an inpatient unit
• Administer medications, assessments, and therapeutic interventions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient progress accurately and timely
• Monitor patient safety and intervene as needed
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and procedures
• Support discharge planning and patient education

What You Need:

• Valid RN license in Vermont or eligibility
• Prior experience in psychiatric nursing (preferred)
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment

This position is based at The Windham Center, an inpatient psychiatric unit providing comprehensive mental health services to adults over 18 from Vermont, Sullivan, and Cheshire counties.
