What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement total nursing care plans for patients in inpatient rehab
• Conduct assessments and formulate nursing diagnoses
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams
• Provide leadership and support to ancillary nursing staff
• Maintain high standards of professional nursing practice in a clinical setting
• Care for a diverse patient population, including adults and geriatrics
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and safety regulations

What You Need

• Required:
  • Valid and active RN license in Oklahoma or ability to obtain one
  • Prior experience in rehab or inpatient nursing setting
  • Strong assessment and patient care skills
• Preferred:
  • Experience working with diverse age groups including geriatrics
  • Leadership or mentorship skills
