What You’ll Do:

• Provide expert nursing care to adult patients in a Rehabilitation and Medical/Surgical setting
• Coordinate overall nursing care, including medication administration and patient monitoring
• Act as backup Charge Nurse when needed, supervising and guiding team members
• Participate in patient and family education to promote recovery and independence
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet patient care goals
• Document patient progress using Cerner EMR system
• Maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1 to 4/5, managing an average census of 22 patients

What You Need:

• Valid RN license in Vermont or multistate license with Vermont privileges
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in acute or rehabilitation settings
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work overnight shifts and manage a fast-paced environment
