What Youll Do:
- Provide expert nursing care to adult patients in a Rehabilitation and Medical/Surgical setting
- Coordinate overall nursing care, including medication administration and patient monitoring
- Act as backup Charge Nurse when needed, supervising and guiding team members
- Participate in patient and family education to promote recovery and independence
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet patient care goals
- Document patient progress using Cerner EMR system
- Maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1 to 4/5, managing an average census of 22 patients
What You Need:
- Valid RN license in Vermont or multistate license with Vermont privileges
- BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in acute or rehabilitation settings
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work overnight shifts and manage a fast-paced environment
