What You’ll Do

• Coordinate nursing care for adult-geriatric patients in a stepdown unit
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders
• Monitor patient vital signs and overall condition, escalating concerns when necessary
• Participate in patient and family education to promote recovery and well-being
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation within the Epic EMR system
• Adhere to all safety and compliance standards required by the facility

What You Need
Required:

• Valid New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration
• Current RN license in good standing
• 1+ years of recent stepdown or acute care experience
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
• Ability to work night shift reliably

Preferred:

• Experience working with adult and geriatric populations
• Knowledge of Epic electronic health records
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
