Experience: 1+ year in Stepdown, Tele, or similar moderate to high acuity units
Pay & Benefits:
Hourly Pay Rate: $60.30

What Youll Do:
Provide direct nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in the stepdown unit
Monitor and assess patients conditions, intervening as needed
Administer medications and treatments adhering to facility protocols
Participate in patient and family education
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and ancillary teams to maintain care standards
Document patient care accurately in Epic EMR system
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety procedures
What You Need:
Active NH RN license
BLS certification (required), ACLS (preferred)
At least 1 year of recent RN experience in stepdown, telemetry, ICU, or similar units
Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to work night shifts effectively
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
