What Youll Do

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Prioritize nursing actions and ensure timely execution of care plans
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Educate patients and families on wound care management
Maintain adherence to all safety and regulatory standards
What You Need
Valid Illinois RN license
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, with wound care background preferred
Strong assessment and clinical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
