What Youll Do:
- Provide emergency and intensive respiratory care to diverse patient populations
- Administer therapeutic treatments and monitor both invasive and non-invasive procedures
- Perform diagnostic testing and pulmonary/cardiopulmonary assessments
- Maintain and troubleshoot respiratory equipment to ensure optimal operation
- Educate patients on pulmonary health and ongoing therapy management
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement activities
What You Need:
- Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license in Michigan or eligible
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in respiratory therapy
- Strong assessment and patient care skills
- Ability to work night shifts and handle emergency situations effectively
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
