What Youll Do- Assist surgical teams in a busy perioperative setting as a First Assist RN
- Provide patient care before, during, and after surgeries
- Support surgical procedures in various specialties
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and quality care
- Maintain sterile technique and operative protocols
- Document procedures and patient responses accurately
- Comply with facility policies and safety standards
What You Need- Valid MA RN license with surgical assist certification or experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant RN experience, preferably in a surgical environment
- Strong surgical and perioperative skills
- Ability to work day shifts independently and efficiently
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
