What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct patient care for a diverse adult patient population
• Formulate, revise, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Perform assessments and recognize abnormal findings
• Document patient activities accurately and legibly in EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care
• Educate patients on disease management and prepare discharge instructions
• Prioritize nursing tasks based on patient acuity and needs

What You Need:
Required:

• Valid RN license in New Hampshire
• BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years Med/Surg RN experience
• Ability to work the posted schedule and complete entire shift

Preferred:

• ACLS certification
• Experience working in a hospital setting
• Strong organizational and communication skills

About the Assignment:
This assignment is at a leading healthcare facility in Lebanon, NH, caring for a diverse patient population across the pediatric to geriatric age groups. The unit features 19 beds with a Nurse to Patient ratio of 1:5, potentially 1:7 on nights. The hospital utilizes the EPIC electronic medical record system and expects staff to adhere to a flexible, patient-centered care approach.
