What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide bedside nursing care to OB/GYN patients, following medical orders accurately.
• Monitor patient progress and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans.
• Delegate tasks to Nurse Assistants, Patient Care Associates, and other support staff.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and safety protocols.
• Document patient care activities thoroughly and accurately.
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning as needed.

What You Need:

• Valid RN license in Michigan.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in OB/GYN or women's health nursing.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
