What Youll Do:
- Perform high-quality cardiac ultrasound exams and procedures according to physician orders.
- Complete studies efficiently, utilizing downtime to support team goals.
- Assist physicians in radiology and acoustics procedures as needed.
- Accurately check exam charges and manage reports in a timely manner.
- Maintain equipment safety, cleanliness, and supply inventory.
- Respond promptly to on-call requests, arriving within 30 minutes of callback.
- Support other radiology-related procedures and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Follow safety, infection control, dress code, attendance, and departmental policies.
- Participate in departmental meetings and ongoing education programs.
What You Need:
- Current AR Sonographer license or eligibility
- Minimum 2 years experience in cardiac or echocardiography exams
- Proficiency with Philips CVX Epiq, Philips Elite Epiq, and Vasculab ABI equipment is preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work efficiently under supervision
