What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders using standardized assessments
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans following all regulatory standards
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting therapies as needed
• Provide counseling to patients, families, and caregivers about speech and swallowing issues
• Document all services accurately in electronic health records
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and training sessions
• Supervise and support CFY or student speech-language pathologists
• Ensure compliance with ASHA and state practice acts

What You Need:

• Active State Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certification
• Minimum 1 year of relevant clinical experience, preferably in Long Term Care
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
