What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Strong ability to screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders
- Proficiency in utilizing standardized assessments and evidence-based intervention techniques
- Excellent clinical documentation skills compliant with regulatory standards
- Solid communication skills to effectively coordinate with patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare team members
- Ability to assess patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly
- Knowledge of regulatory and clinical practice standards
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience supervising or mentoring CFY or student SLPs
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
- Bilingual capabilities to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Active ASHA Certification and State Licensure
- Prior experience working in Long Term Care or similar healthcare environments
- Experience with discharge planning and interdisciplinary collaboration

- Willingness to work dayshift hours
- Ability to obtain any necessary supplies or DME as per clinical needs
- Commitment to ongoing professional development through trainings and meetings
- Valid licensure, certification, and adherence to ethical standards in line with ASHA and State regulations
