Pay & Benefits

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders.
  • Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions.
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments based on outcomes, and document all clinical activities accurately.
  • Provide counseling and support to patients, families, caregivers, and other healthcare providers on speech and communication issues.
  • Communicate effectively with the healthcare team regarding patient progress, barriers, and treatment adjustments.
  • Complete comprehensive discharge summaries in accordance with regulations and policy.
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and clinical conferences as required.
  • Supervise and support CFYs or student speech-language pathologists if applicable.


What You Need
  • Active ASHA certification and State of Oklahoma licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a healthcare setting
  • Strong knowledge of ASHA practice acts, ethics, and current clinical standards
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
