What You'll Do:- Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Participate in meetings and facility programs as needed
- Support compliance with all regulations and facility policies
What You Need:- Valid Missouri state license or eligibility to practice as an SLP
- Experience working with adult populations in long-term care preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and provide quality patient care
