What Youll Do
Screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders.
Develop personalized care plans following all clinical standards and regulations.
Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based interventions.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatments as needed.
Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers.
Document services and patient progress within electronic health records.
Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development.
Support and supervise CFYs or student Speech-Language Pathologists.
What You Need
Active State License and ASHA Certification in Speech-Language Pathology
Prior experience preferred, 1+ year recommended
Knowledge of clinical assessment and intervention techniques
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adhere to clinical and regulatory standards
