What You’ll Do

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and rehabilitation services for patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized care plans following clinical standards and regulatory guidelines
• Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practices in therapy approaches
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as needed
• Provide counseling and education to patients, families, and caregivers
• Collaborate with healthcare team members on patient care and discharge planning
• Support and supervise CFYs or student SLPs as applicable
• Ensure documentation complies with all clinical and regulatory requirements

What You Need
Required:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Massachusetts
• ASHA certification preferred
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in a rehab or long-term care setting
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred:

• Experience working with diverse patient populations
• Ability to support supervision of SLP trainees
