What You’ll Do

• Provide assessment and treatment for communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized care plans based on standardized assessments and evidence-based practices.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatments accordingly.
• Offer counseling and support to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members on patient care and discharge planning.
• Document all services accurately in electronic health records.
• Participate in care conferences and ongoing trainings.

What You Need

• Massachusetts State License as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility)
• Prior clinical experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting
• Knowledge of assessment tools and evidence-based interventions
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
