What You’ll Do

• Screen, evaluate, and develop tailored treatment plans for patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders
• Use standardized assessments and evidence-based practices to guide interventions
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as needed
• Provide counseling and education to patients, families, and caregivers
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in care conferences
• Prepare comprehensive discharge summaries and maintain accurate documentation
• Supervise and support CFY or student SLPs when applicable

What You Need

• Valid ASHA and State Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• At least 2 years of related clinical experience
• Strong knowledge of clinical assessment tools and therapy techniques
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adhere to all regulatory and ethical standards, including ASHA and state practice acts
